Advanced Math Placement for HSP Grades 6-8 information has been shared by our HSP Math Chair. Parents with questions regarding math placement should contact the school office at 330-460-7301.

Please log into your Digital Academy Account to complete all back to school forms AFTER August 1st. Students may not begin school without all forms being completed.

Tuition Payments

2023-2024 Tuition Payments begin July 1st. www.SaintAmbroseSchool.us/Tuition

  • Payment in Full Deadline is May 1, 2023.
  • Tuition Payment Program Begins July 1st.
  • Financial Aid and Scholarships will be applied directly to your tuition account once confirmed and received first by the family.
  • Information on EdChoice Scholarship updates through Ohio will be provided to all families including application process, when they become available (7/3/23).
  • Log into your Digital Academy account to view or change any information.
  • Contact the School Office with any tuition questions. 330-460-7301 or MNewrones@StASchool.us. She will be sending reminders for the first tuition payments.

School Supply Lists & Online Kits

Complete Supply Kit ordering has ended. If you placed an order, your student school supplies will be delivered directly to your home by August 12th.

Some brands listed on school supply lists are provided in the kits, but may not be easy to find in stores. Substitution of brands is permissible if you are unable to resource the specific brand listed. Please reach out to the school/teachers with any questions!

** Incoming new HSP students to Grades 6,7,8 will have a Chromebook fee of approximately $300 in addition to school supplies.
HSP also has overnight retreats and trips that are an extra fee. ($150-$600)

*** Third Grade has an additional supply need that was added and is not included in the kits. They need to purchase an accordion file.

Bus Transportation

Brunswick City Schools Bus Transportation Request

All requests for Brunswick bus transportation for the 2023/2024 school year will need to be completed by June 30, 2023. This also includes all childcare and shared parenting arrangements. Any requests filed after June 30, 2023, will be processed after Labor Day. Transportation request forms need to be filled out yearly in order to receive transportation.

Must register every year.
Call the Medina Schools Transportation Dept. Main Office at 330-636-4360. Hours: 6:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Families requiring bus transportation from Medina City Schools or Buckeye Local Schools please contact directly via below information either the Medina or Buckeye Transportation Department prior to August 1st.

Back To School Open House 5pm-7:30 pm.

Join us for a Used Uniform and Spirit Wear Sale and drop off your school supplies, tour the classrooms and meet your teachers! We are SO EXCITED to welcome our families back into the building!

August 23 – First Day Of School K-8
First full day of school for grades 1-8. Kindergarten 1/2 days begin Tuesday, through Friday.

August 25 – Back to School Picnic Grades 1-8 Sponsored by the School, Staffed by PTU.
Bring for a beach towel for a lunch picnic and celebrate the end of the first week!

August – First Day Of School Littlest Angels Preschool (LAPS)
First full day of school for our preschool campus!

August 29 Kindergarten First Full Day of School
Kindergarten will have staggered half days the first week of school for a shortened schedule. This will allow students to adjust to Kindergarten, and provide teachers individual time to help our new students acclimate and assess them.

*** Teacher/ Class assignments provided to families with completed registration, registration fees paid and updated ACH on file for billing or payment in full received. For questions regarding tuition payments, please contact Maryellen Newrones in the School Office at 330-460-7301. Tuition billing for ACH began July 1, 2022 for the 2022-2023 school year for families on a payment schedule (not paying in full).
